"The course aims to introduce the importance and role of training in institutions and provide them with the skills to analyse and identify needs for training, work on designing training programs and apply modern methods associated with them, and work on preparing integrated training plans and the impact of those needs on the process of preparing or designing training programs. Practical and feasible mechanisms for teamwork leadership within companies to achieve the required change in administrative work policy towards modernity.
