This interactive course “Effective Leadership and Decision Support” is designed to enhance the efficiency and competence of the participants on the effective leadership used in the distinguished institutions in their work, the skills of influence, persuasion and innovation in the work system, how to prepare plans at work, planning and organizing skills, and to read the variables in a scientific way. How to build and manage an ideal work team, and enable participants to use ideas generation tools and practise their application to create more and better quality ideas, and how to make decisions. In this course, the participant will have acquired a set of skills that may positively affect building his personality in an effective leadership.
