This course will address the role of creative leadership in team building in terms of reviewing the principles of successful creative leadership for the team, and the role of creative leadership in building work teams, the concept of a team, types of work teams, stages of team building, characteristics of effective work teams, leadership styles and their impact on work teams, factors affecting the performance of the work team, conflicts in the work team and the keys to the success of work teams.
